In 2017 we began planning our side project brewery “The Cryptic Project”. This is a passion project focused on experimental sour beers, mixed culture, and spontaneously fermented wild ales. We launched our first round of sour beers in March 2018 and have released approximately 30 sour beers since then. We continue to expand our barrel program and are working hard to create new and interesting beers for the sour beer lover.
