ABOUT KELSEN
The Craft Beer Enthusiasts
Kelsen Brewing Company is a craft brewery serving award winning beer and hand tossed pizza. We craft full-flavored beers that push the limits of their styles and are highly drinkable. The brewery began operation in early 2014 with a small tasting room and 2 beers on tap. Kelsen has expanded to 12 beers on tap and a 50 person restaurant serving hand tossed pizza as well as other small items. Please see our beer and food menu to see what we are serving up.
At Kelsen, we brew beer that we like to drink and that craft beer enthusiasts are searching for. We brew a variety of Ales and Lagers of which many can be found only in our tasting room.
The Cryptic Project
In 2017 we began planning our side project brewery “The Cryptic Project”. This is a passion project focused on experimental sour beers, mixed culture, and spontaneously fermented wild ales. We launched our first round of sour beers in March 2018 and have released approximately 20 sour beers since then. We continue to expand our barrel program and are working hard to create new and interesting beers for the sour beer lover.
Learn More Kelsen Production Facility
In 2023 the production facility was relocated to 42 Manchester Rd Derry, NH. The new location took approximately 8 months to build and the new layout has allowed for greater efficiencies in the brewing and packaging process. Although we are currently producing the same amount of beer, approximately 750bbls/year as the original location, we have the capability to produce much more. The production facility is currently not open to the public but please visit the Taproom located at 44 Nashua Rd, Londonderry, NH to try our beers.
